These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Studio App mobile and web applications, websites, content-generation features, software, services, and related products (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by or on behalf of AI Studio App (“AI Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

1. Minimum Age. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country; 16 in the EEA/UK without parental consent). If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account Registration. Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. One Person per Account. Unless expressly permitted, an account is for a single individual and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
4. Corporate Use. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

2) Description of the Services

AI Studio provides tools to:

• Process inputs you provide (prompts, parameters, images, audio, seeds) through third-party and/or proprietary AI systems,
• Generate outputs (videos, images, audio, thumbnails) based on your inputs (“Outputs”), and
• Manage content (save, preview, download) within your account.

We may route requests among models/providers, apply automated safety filters, and impose rate limits or credit consumption rules to maintain reliability and enforce policy.

3) Third-Party Services & App Stores

1. App Stores. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store (e.g., Apple/Google). Their terms govern payment, billing, and refunds.
